The room was clean, comfortable and I really enjoyed the bed. It was a little hard but that is the way I like it so it was a problem. The young lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I can't remember her name but I think she was the front desk manager?? She is originally from Montreal? Canada I believe. She is a big reason I would return to this hotel. - Ronni

The room was beautifully decorated, en-suite bathroom, fridge and coffee maker, plenty of space for hanging / storing clothes, beautiful bed, lamps, small couch, coffee table and mini table with chairs. Telephone beside the bed easy to use. TV in room with 100+ channels. Hotel was lovely, staff friendly and helpful., Close to ocean drive and good restaurants. *Highly recommended place to stay - John

Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds are not available. One further older child or adult is charged USD 25 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	13 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. USD 10 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
