The skyline was wery beatiful

The staff is not up to run a hotel like this, guys seem to beginners, who do not pass the deliveries, and not up to the task. I have been charged several times the costs that I have not backed up to the day of departure! Back from the beach, and after a downpour, desk did not make me go in the room because they said they had not received the payment! really absurd! However I do not recommend the hotel, for the same price there are hotels of higher quality.

I came to the Mondrian with 14 of my girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend. The Mondrian is a very chic and trendy hotel. The design is very modern and luxurious. The food is amazing. The baked scallop roll and tuna poke were my favorites. The prices are on par with the rest of Miami Beach. The pool is gorgeous and the views from the pool can't be beat. The clientele is also gorgeous. For some reason this hotel attracts some very attractive people. And finally, the staff were so incredibly nice to us. The waitresses and pool staff were so sweet and accommodating as well as the front desk staff, especially Rosa and Cool Tony.

The bed was a bit firm and the sheets were pretty cheap. They should definitely invest in fitted sheets as well as a top sheet for all the beds. Our bed only had a top sheet being used as a fitted sheet and then a comforter on top.

I did not like the picture in the sitting room, that was on the wall of the lady with big eyes. It was kind of creepy.

Great customer service. The hotel is located on the quieter side of SoBe and within close proximity to Whole Foods.

This is not a happening place and the lounge feels a bit too deserted in the evening. The food at the restaurant is not interesting.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Just beautifully designed, staff were excellent and the pool is to die for. Cold water and orange juice is served to you while you sunbathe. Luxury at its best. It also smells beautiful too!

good hotel with luxury facilities

Too many kids on spring break there at time. Also hotel charged up fornt from credit card an extra 150 dollars/night for insurance/extras without telling me and nothing mentioned on letsbookhotel.com re: it. Thus credit card was put into red because of them taking an extra 850 dollars without asking

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. Views over the Bay are so stunning, the sunsets are worth paying for the room with the bay view. Hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The room are spacious and well designed, very elegant and trendy. Would stay at this hotel in future

A little noisy but its a hip hotel so that's to be expected and hasn't put me off at all.

Pool far too hot to be refreshing - kids had to come out to cool off which seems ridiculous. Also rooms not well sound proofed so corridor noise significant.

the pool was a great place to hang out your staff was great, food and drinks outstanding, David the pool concierge, Karen and evelyn, dylan, issac, priscilllaat the front desk, blaine olya, and JP at the pool bar they all made us stay for another 3 days, we went to the delano beach and the rose bar outstanding service by rachel at the bar and Todd at the beach

need to revamp your chaise lounges and pull out couches and need to make sure your checks have the fact that the gratuity is included more clearly

The gym.

The bed had a massive hole in the middle, and I did not sleep well (room 715). The walls are thin and noise sept through. The facilities were poor. Overall very disappointing.
