Love the location, the affordability an the friendliness of the staff, an love that the hotel was close to a lot of different shops an restaurants
Im more accustomed to colder rooms so not having an ac unit in our room really was a problem but nothing buying a fan couldn't fix,didn't really like not having a place to park...but I would defiantly come back
Very good location! You pay less you get less .. Totaly worth it if you are not a picky tipe pf person!
They helped me receive the parcels and kept them until I arrived. 5 minutes walk to Miami beach side, also close to Lincoln streets, where lots of food and shops are located
sould isolation wasn't good as I could heard foot steps from upstairs very late at after midnight (around 3AM) breakfast was too simple to believe!!!!

House phone and internet did not work despite constant requests to fix it. Carpet was dirty not vaccumed. Furniture old and falling apart. Excuses about internet connection.

Close to the beach
The carpets are dirty, and pillow and sheets had hair on it. They have a old big back tv in the rooms, even thow its inexpensive they can remodel the hotel room.

You get what you pay for. If you want to take the cheap route, then expect cheap route conditions. Mentally I prepared myself for poor conditions, hence my fair ratings.
Hot showers ! Perfect location for a smoker !
Hotel is way old ! Shower is small ! Sink leaked ! Outlet sockets went out daily .... By the end of our stay only one wall socket was left ! Mattresses were old and sunkin in ! Only about 5 channels ! This hotel was the trap ... If you not bout that trap life .. Stay away ! I wouldn't recommend this place to adults or families or dainty females !
