Staff was realy nice and helpful. We had a problem with our room and it was delt with right away and fairly. Just love the perry can't wait for it to be finished. everything!!!!!. staff was good. the staff were terrific under the cercumstances... (they had to work under difficult conditions as the hotel is under a major renovation. Cuystomers including ourselves were not told by you that this was the case. The windows are all covered in plastic to protect them form debree during the renovations...therefore there wasn't a view of the ocean etc. Many people were complaining about lack of internet access, us included.
