This place was amazing for me. I was travelling as a solo 25 year old
female for work and everything was fantastic. The owner was very
friendly and had breakfast with everyone in the morning. Huge breakfast
buffet was prepared daily. Was no noisy. Rooms were huge and very clean
and well decorated. Felt like a miniature paradise in the middle of
michigan ave. I would go back. They even made special accomodations for
me as I needed a place to put my things in between hotels and let me

Continental breakfast included,you make your own eggs, bacon
sausage,toast,fruit, juice,coffee.courtyard and hottub, quiet
safe neighborhood. Walking distance to publix, Ross, tjmaxx and
parking garage.
The breakfast was delicious. It included from Ham, cheese, grapefruit, cereal, eggs (you make your eggs), etc. I could go on...
The price, breakfast, and location are unbeatable.

Very friendly family home in strolling distance from the seafront which lets out comfortable rooms. There is a big, shaded courtyard with a hot tub and endless coffee, good breakfasts and wifi.

Our room hadn't updated their bathroom yet, but everything worked so
no complaints.
There were a lot of mosquitoes in my room, but given the excellent price, I'm not complaining.
No reference from the street. Very hard to identify the place. The AC sounded too loud. I didn´t like the make-your-own-breakfast. meaning I had to do my eggs, bacon, etc. The rest was fine and it had a good selecction of things to pick from.

Buggy in the patio but then this is Florida so what do you expect. For me it was not a problem.

Too much furniture. TV on the wall, a drawer chest, little fridge and a chair would be sufficient.
