What people say

Close to shopping areas. Had to pay more for the room then expected for booking on line. Counter service was rude, charged me for a ruined towel (bleeding hair dye) but removed it from the room, forcing me to get color on a second towel. I will definitely avoid this location in the future. Stay was generally unpleasant after trying to express my concerns at the front desk.
