I stayed in 2 rooms...#111 beside the pool (much too noisy) and #200 (very pleasant). There was sufficient parking, the upstairs room was comfortable although dated, and the owner was congenial. Lovely location across from Lake and Bridge and within easy walking distance of downtown. -

Therese and her staff are wonderful. They are so willing to go above to
help their guests and provide information on place to eat and visit. The
property is on old highway 31 which helps with the charm that it is not
located by all the other hotel,motel and is very quiet. The room I
stayed in was roomy, clean and plenty of pillow for the bed. If you want
a change in staying off the beaten path, stay at the Thunderbird Inn.
