Room was large and airy. Bathroom was large and fabulous with two showers and a soaking tub. Bed (king) was very comfortable. Balcony was nice and view (looking south toward Pacific Design Center) was great. Room (on 6th floor) was very quiet at night. Pool on roof was nice and, although generally busy, we had no issues of the type noted in other reviews with respect to availability. The breaksfast buffet was very good.

Really regret for short staying defenetly will back to this Hotel again. Hotel is very nicely designed, rooms are excellent, bed very comfortable, no noisy zircon, balcony in every room. Breakfast is fabulous and the pool and bar area on the top floor is great with stunning views. The room layout and contents - AMAZING...I could love in it! The view - brought back some nice memories; The incredible staff - I mean ALL were SUPER nice and helpful; The food from room service...delish!. My Overall Feeling is Very Good. Clean Rooms / Nice View on the roof top level (Pool Level) / Quiet / Central Location on Sunset Bvd Really a great Hotel, I'll be back asap. Complimentary breakfast was extremely tasty and elegant and our room was spectacular and very large! The view from the pool was amazing!!!. Overall nice facilities. Rooms great with amazing bathrooms staff in hotel were excellent staff in restaurant were appalling. Good location in west hollywood,clean and luxury hotel,big rooms,friendly staff.also you will notice the british vibe around. The hotel was amazing! Staf was very helpfull and friendly. Room and bathroom were very spacious. The bed was very comfortable Check in was quick and easy Ryan was very efficient and friendly. Large spacious rooms with fabulous bathroom and double shower. Extremely comfortable bedding. Was very spacious excellent bathrooms very comfortable. everything, specially the staff!. a lot of space, love the balcony. Everything. Furniture (primarily couch) in room has very low back and was not comfortable for sitting on. Tv was in corner of room quite a distance from bed and, given couch was not a comfortable place to view the tv, was not very useful. Techno music playing everywhere (restaurant, pool, lobby, outside where wait for valet parking) got old. The Gordon Ramsay restaurant at night was pricey and very disappointing, food was just average and our bill for two people for an average meal was over $250. The bed - was hard and no give...like a futon. :/ The free car was not easily available for local drop offs. Freezing on the roof and no fires or lamps lit until they did for private party. :(. Well as usual in LA : Parking Fee is a little bit too expensive but the Service is Good At the end of the day the pool area can be a little bit dirty with a lot of glass on the floor. The Pool Area is not only reserved for Hotel Guests. Our honeymoon request was very appreciated, however it didn't arrive until 10:00 pm. The street and traffic noise was pretty loud early evening, but it did not keep us awake. The Ransey restaurant food was outstanding but service was horrible from botched orders to snide responses to lack of interest. Not a single meal was there not an issue. i had a problem with my master card when i was trying to pay for my stay but the staff helped me out. Parking your car was expensive (35$ per day). Also the disney tickets were more expensive at the hotel concierge than at disney. More tea making facilities in the room. Rust marks around the base of the sink handles. Very bad and slow service in dining room for breakfast. Shower mirror showed signs of wear and tear.
