So close to everything, just a fantastic place to stay. Will bring my family next time. Clean, quite and comfortable.
The location is great..the apartment was very clean.
The location is great! The WiFi, inhouse parking, washing machine and dryer are very convenient when staying for 4 weeks like I did.
Door does not automatically lock so anyone going out must either lock or get someone inside to do it. Only realised this on second day and actually left apartment open the first day without knowing. Not a major issue but people should be warned.all reviews »
We had a problem with the bathtub being clogged and filling up with water so we called to have it fixed..nobody ever showed up and there was no type of compensations made for the inconvenience..we were not able to take a nice shower or bath because of the problem with the tub.
Attention: Ginosi charges in Armenian Dram so you have to carry the currency risk (I was overcharged because of the double conversion from Armenian Dram to US$ and to Swiss Francs).
The floors were filthy, even after they were cleaned. The "cleaning" was done with a shining broom and therefore the dirt remained. They should definitely consider water & detergent for the future.
