Great staff ! They were all friendly and informative. They had free Kauai Coffee in the morning which we loved. The hotel is centrally located and on a road that is quiet yet close to everything. We extended our stay and stayed longer than we planned.

Walls were a bit thin but only saying this because the survey is asking what I didn't like. I had to think about this one.

The bed was very comfy. The hotel is very basic construction, and small rooms, but it was perfect for a place to crash after a very long day. Probably would not stay there a week in HI when there are more scenic locations. Staff we're Very nice!

Roosters are everywhere on the isle but after 17hrs of flying I could have put a couple of them in a stew about 4am.

It was clean and comfortable, in a nice little neighborhood very close to the Lihui airport. One woman on the staff, that stayed at the resort and helped in the evenings, was very pleasant and helpful. The place was cute and quaint.

The rooms were a little small, yet adequate. A young woman on the staff was curt and abrasive.

Cheap(for Hawaii)and nice if your not expecting too much. Mom and pop type establishment. Have stayed there many years now for several days. Downtown lihue. Has a.m. coffee Internet books laundry non smoking.

Some rooms need upgrade on mattresses but others are great. They don't pretend ti be anything but what they are an independent downtown hotel. Very clean though!

The nice Mrs in the office, she was great and super helpful. I stayed alone next to the street - but she gave me the feeling I m safe. The clean room. The place is very close to the airport.

The walls are thin, so you can here other guests. If they are quiet (as mine were) it is ok, if they (or so I) would have watched TV it would have been not a good night - but I had luck, I had nice neighbours too.

Perhaps opt for the higher priced, $125 room where up to six can sleep comfortably--especially if you plan on staying for more than a single day because of the full kitchen.

The first room had some ants, but overall clean.

Good motel considering that it was the cheapest option in this part of the island. Staff is super nice and helped us a lot. We couldn't find a taxi and the lady staying in the reception at night told us to go to sleep and not to worry about it. In the morning we had a cab waiting for us. Good location and more than acceptable facilities.

You really can't beat the price of this hotel, and the amenities were pretty good. They changed our towels every day and the front desk staff were helpful when I asked for recommendations. It's right in the center of Lihue.

The bed was really small. I thought I'd booked a king, but it was a queen instead. Also, there was a yappy dog in the house next door, and one morning we woke up to a construction worker directly outside the bathroom window doing some work on the roof (at 8:00am). There's also no trash can in the main room - small thing but it would have made a big difference to have one!
