We were in town for the George Strait concert at Rupp Arena. The facility was just minutes away from the inn. We were able to drive right to the venue and right back with no traffic problems at all. The staff was very friendly and asked if we were in town for the concert and if we enjoyed it afterwards. Breakfast the next day was good and convenient. Everything about our stay was perfect. We were located close to several eating establishments which made dining easy.

The room was very comfortable and very clean as well as the lobby and the breakfast room were very nice and clean, The breakfast the next morning was very good. We would stay there again should we visit the Lexington area in the future. This hotel felt like an oasis to us after a long day of driving. It is beautifully landscaped outside, and the interior is nicely decorated. Beds were great, and the room was appointed for comfort. Very clean and restful!. The continental breakfast and friendly staff. I also liked the fluffy white pillows and the pool area looked nice with the plants inside. I also liked the big roomy bathroom.. Staff was very friendly and polite.Staff was always willing to give you directions and advice.The free continental breakfast was very good and staff always there to help. Loved the location and the room. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helped us find fun tourist attractions. The room was clean and had all the necessary emenities for my trip. Rooms were nice! Bed was very comfortable. Pillows, well I have to confess I thought of stealig one! I did not, but it was that great. I love how I was greeted when I arrived and how I was greeted every time I walked into the lobby. Checked to see if we were okay and if our room was okay. The suites were very spacious. We were a group of 9, and we stayed in 3 suites for 4 nights. excellent facility and an incredible staff. They need crosswalks across the main roads lot you could access by walking more safely. No complaints or concerns. Will definitely stay there again. Can't thing of anything worth mentioning. Not that this was a really big deal, but the parking lot was a little small. And, pulling up to the front of the hotel was awkward since you had to back up your car after you unloaded. I have no complaints. Breakfast - if you arrive at 9:30 even though they close at 10:00 am - was told what you see is what you get!. The numerous notes, placed throughout the suite warning that guests will be charged for anything that might be missing was not comforting. After breakfast hours, we utilized the breakfast room for "bridge" play. On the second afternoon, a gentleman (hotel employee) entered the room and ordered us not to disturb the breakfast food. Outside of designated breakfast hours, we did not disturb the breakfast food at all. We found the gentleman's remarks offensive, accusatory and condescending. Could have a larger work out area. Great hotel for a family. Staff was polite. Keep up the good work. Parking , not enough. Parking. Parking lot too small for full sell out. N/A. Had a minor problem in washroom, no reason to move to anther room. However, staff should check to ensure that facilities are in good working order. The beds. Everything was great!. sheets had hole in them, breakfast area crowded. Small and uncomfortable bathroom and vanity. A large noisy group was admitted to a one bedroom suite next door. The card key would stop working??. The bed was HARD. I slept awful. The breakfast eggs. Shower wan't hot enough!. The bed and pull out bed both slept terribly. They desperately need better mattresses. Overpriced. I have stayed at much nicer hotels for much less. I expected more and didn't get it. Hotel is beginning to show some age, and needs some updating beyond just a flat screen tv. Breakfast area was too small for number of guests. close to a noisy street. Location next to traffic lights. very noisy at night with engines reving and horns blaring. Will not go back. should not put mature couples next to young families especialy when pre booked.
