Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! We got a wheelchair accesible room for some reason, so it was a really big room with a nice bathroom. The room as well as the rest of the hotel were very new and clean. Parking was super easy as they provide spots in their garage for free (pretty much all hotels let you park in their garage for free even on the strip and if you're not a guest, so don't worry about parking), if you're travelling without a car, I know that the hotel provides a shuttle to the strip, but I don't know how well it wo

Room was spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, shuttle to prime outlets was great, marketplace store had just what you might want or need, good soundproofing. Also, discounts for local attractions were a bonus. We also appreciated being close to, but not ON the strip. Really convenient location, without all the Vegas craziness right in your lobby.

This was my first time staying here. It was clean, the bed was very firm, and we had all the comforts of home. We had an excellent stay at Blue Green 36 Resort !!! Our room was on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view of the Strip !!! Our deluxe suite was clean, and comfortable !!! Love the walk in shower !!! The staff were all friendly, and our room was serviced everyday !!! I am extremely pleased with Blue Green, and look forward to staying there again in the future !!!

Everything. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And
it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free
breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that
it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi
ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip
when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would
stay there again.
