  Comparatively small hotel right off the strip, which was a great location, because you were tucked away from all of the craziness a little bit but you could get to it in under 5 minutes if you wanted to. Pool area loses the sun in early aft - We were upgraded free of charge, and our two-bedroomed suite was ENORMOUS! It was bigger than all of our flats at home! Well stocked kitchen, two dining areas, lounge area with couch, main bathroom, one bedroom with two double beds and a massive master bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, very clean and functional. And for the price it was incredible value for money. Also excellent location. Right behind the polo towers and next to planet Hollywood. Two minute walk to the strip.

  I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. By the time I'd parked the car round the back (in the massive free car park) and walked back through the hotel they were at the ... what people say » front of the queue. As in all big Vegas hotels it's generally a mile and half walk to your room which usually means a walk through the casino (if you - I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

It lived up to all our expectations; the room was of superior quality, with everything you need to have a great stay in Vegas. The rooms are also very quiet and when the curtains are closed - The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am recommending your website to all of my friends.

  I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... what people say » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

  The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good when it stayed fully stocked, the employees seemed very nice, the price when we booked 7 months in advance was great but when we added a room 4 months later the price wasn't so great. I ended up having to cancel that room a week before we arrived though and was treated very well with no added fees,... what people say » which was VERY nice. The other 2 rooms we had were good though. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and would stay again. - Check in was quick and easy. It is right near an outlet mall if you enjoy shopping. It is about 15 mins from the strip. So if you are looking to save some cash in Vegas, this would be a good hotel to stay at. You would just need to figure out transportation to and from everywhere (I had my own car). The rooms were decent and the price was affordable

Main pool was closed so we used a smaller one near our room. Gated parking lot gives added security. Front desk staff were very pleasant upon - Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).

I chose this hotel as it has the Adventuredome inside and the various circus acts going on. The rooms are big, allbeit a little old fashioned but you don't go on holiday to stay in the hotel room. The beds were unbelievably comfy and the bathroom is huge. Pool area is clean and large so never felt overcrowded. Valet was a God- send as the car-park gets very busy.
