- everything was good. - bed was comfy room was at the perfect temperature (junior suite w/o balcony) - room service was great and furniture was good - staff was extremely extremely friendly!. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchenette and balcony. The bathroom was also great with a separate large shower and jacuzzi tub made for two. We loved the room, it was large and had had everything! Great bathroom! Walking distance to the strip. We loved that it was a non gaming hotel and very secure!.

Pool, staff, cleanliness. - hidden charges - hotel should do a better job at telling people about nightly charges and high "Tax" charges. Maid service knocked on our door before 9 am when we were instructed they would come between 10:30 am - 4 pm. We weren't ready for the day yet and we asked them to come back a little later. about 5 min later they knocked again and gave us some towels. They were speaking Spanish. When we came back that night they had not come back to clean and make the bed and replace toiletries. We were very disappointed!. We can't check in until exactly 3PM!. Need more clean and maintenance. Strip view rooms are not worth in this hotel. Very expensive weekend rate. Valet parking- They speed my new car really bad. Some of the equipment out of service, clearness in the room. couldn't understand why even though our room was ready we could not check in until exactly 3 PM. because we had book through a booking web site??. A little further away from "The Strip" than expected. nothing that I didn't like. Ran out of coffee pads and tabs for the dishwasher - because of no re-fill... It would have been nice to get a late check-put time, especially because we didn't check-in until 9pm. Old Stained carpet. We call For housekeeping, MGM staff told us that because we booked our hotel through your website, therefore, we were not get a direct housekeeping service from MGM. They even told us the housekeeping through this other services would not be so good. They gave us another number to call for housekeeping and the operator was not very good in customer services. This time we got a horrible room it was not well maintained. It needs to be updated with some new furniture or at least clean furniture. Some had stains on it and the bed looked and felt like it was 10yrs old. It was also really dusty. Was not impressed this visit. Constant long trek through MGM to get to the Signature via casinos, food court and shops to get in or out of place. Minimum 10 minutes and often 15 if busy to get from suite just to the strip. You can you back entrance which we found better, 15 minute walk that way via Harmon but less busy but wouldn't want to do this in high temperatures.
