The staff greeted us with a smile & asked if we needed anything to let them know. One of the few hotels we stayed in that was quiet. What a shock(in Vegas). The breakfast was good, although it would be nice to have some breakfast rolls or donuts to choose from. yummy coffee. It is an excellent location close to the strip. They have a shuttle that takes you to Harrah's and the airport. Staff were helpful and good breakfast. The room was comfortable and and just as described. As I asked for a non smoking room and it was that.
all reviews » It was a very pleasant place to stay. The breakfast was good quality, but would have liked some Danish, The staff was nice and friendly. Almost everything, staff, room equipment, breakfast, location of the hotel, free parking, exercise room and the pool. Breakfast excellent/ great shuttle was a plus refri in room .Laundry. / clean / comfortable/ would like to come back. I liked the front desk lady that was working around Noon on 6/8/13 Cynthia I think. Very sweet very nice. The staff was great, very happy to see you and answered any and all questions. i like the room frienly help. thank you for the stay.. fair room rates.... good hotel,good price for the weekend, around 20 mins walk from the strip. Very clean, kind staff, good services (internet, tv, laundry). The stuff pretty good,service nice. Helpful courtious. Rooms clean nice. location and employee customer service, shuttle was out of service so the hotel paid for our cab to the strip. The Location was okay. Coffee pot was broken in the room, was given a new one right away. Nice staff and accommodating. I would stay again. Good for a budget oriented travel stop. The mattresses were unbelievable. I slept like a baby. Not too far from Strip. Location was good. Breakfast. Not much. Feather pillows were the best and mattress. Great free cable channels shows. Shuttle to strip. The breakfast room was always too crowded, not enough tables for guests. Many were standing while trying to eat. Prices changes depending on what is in town. Handycap parking was a little short. The pool should be better guarded, once I saw a pet-dog swimming there. Phone service / call to get directions no one knew/ put me on hold for too long / call back three times. Area was a little scary. N/A. hot weather........................................................................................... dog barking in the next room was disturbing. A little bit far away from The Strip, but it comes with the lower price. Breakfast no any interesting,the Beth room small. on multiple occasions employees argued very unprofessional in front of customers...this includes loud yelling between employees as they attend customers checking in, this hotel itself was good but seems like it lacks discipline and supervision. The breakfast wasn't what we expected, but enought to get you started, and we are always thankful for our food. we knew it was pet friendly, but there were an animal running up and down the hall barking. Didn't know where his master was. the hotel is antiquated. Tub was a bit dirty, there was soap from a previous guest left in the shower/tub. The bath tub looked like it hasn't been cleaned. Also, the tub didn't have any safety handles to hold onto while entering or exiting the bathtub. We did not have room cleaning every day. We requested a non smoking room and didn't get if The room was unhealthy to stay in. Too much noise in the hallways. You can hear almost everything. Elevators to forever, back door to garage parking was locked, had to walk around the entire building with luggage. Was booked for 2 nights for $200 +tax, only stayed one night and was charged $135 + tax for that one night. Facility was verry poor and dirty after hurricane. The entrance was incovienant. the tub had ring around it looked like it hadn't been clean in awhile, dog running around hall way & barking dog woke us up in the morning, staff should have asked if we mind staying on the floor that allowed pets which we would've said yes!.
