The complimentary breakfast was superb. The lobby looked magnificent, and the price was excellent for the quality of the service and for the quality of the room. Overall, the hotel was fantastic. cheap, really big room and well equipped, massive bed, own fridge, nothing to complain. Good location, just few mins walk to the strip!. all reviews » Great value for money. I booked a suite with a jacuzzi tab, but still very reasonable. About 15 minutes walk from the strip. Low cost, great staff, quiet yet near the strip. Free Wi-Fi. As advertised, airport transportation from the airport. There are free transfers from the hotel to Las Vegas "Strip" and back. Takes about 5 minutes drive. staff was helpful. offered a free shuttle to select locations on the strip. Nice big room with jacuzzi tub for really cheap. The bed .....good location. Excellent staff.. close to the strip,not that expensive. the location near the strip the cost. breakfast, the size of the room. the big pool beds and service. clean rooms. Everything. Room was decent. I liked that it was about two blocks from the strip and a lot closer to hard rock hotel. It worked for a school team who could not stay where there was a casino. Close to the strip. Elevator smelled of horrible stench. Gym was very low quality and lacked any air conditioning. Cable tv had very limited channels. Not as advertised, no airport transportation to the airport. A few homeless people just outside the hotel. They didn't have any vending machines or ice machines in my building so it was a far walk. Everything was to our liking. room to room calls where charged,Check in was a little slow. swimming pool closed. was liking the celing of hallway. I booked this hotel to use the hot tub and pool both were closed with a sign from the health department dated last year. I feel cheated as the amenities I booked for were not in compliance with city health code. Sad. Only one face towel for 2 people, asked for more never happened. Pool was closed don't know for how long. Limited parking. Bed sheets were dirty. The plaster in the pool was all broken up and the spa did not heat up. Wifi was so slow, a little far from the city center. Hotel was booked in November 2012. Wouldn't accept credit card although other hotels had been booked thru letsbookhotel.com and credit card accepted by hotels. Submitted a Debit card as alternative. Fortune charged hotel rate on day of booking but denied this on arrival on 12th June although I had bank statement showing they had been paid. They have deducted the payment again at the end of our stay. My bank HSBC has confirmed today that the payment was made in November 2012. They gave new guest keys to come in my room twice. Long wait at check-in and check out. Inaccurate computer systems with booking preferences. Key card magnetizer not working for a few guests. Shuttle service was not advertised as "drop off only". They will take you to the convention center but will not pick you up. Taxi cabs on strike. The room had no blinds so the room was very bright no way to block out the sun or the parking lot lights. The receptionist was very unfriendly. She shouldn't be working there with such an attitude. There was a recent fire which frightened us to stay in the area so close to burned out remains next door. A $100 deposit that I was not told about until check in. Even when the beds were made, they did not look nice. They were lumpy. The curtains in our room were moth eaten. Limited towels for the number of people in room. When I asked for more, they seemed like it wasn't allowed or something. This place seems like it is close to the strip based on the map, but it is pretty far away, definitely have to cab a lot. It's under construction, feels deserted and fairly run down, no one has even heard of it! Not the nicest place to stay. Close to the airport. You get what you pay for. We found a cockroach size bug in our room upon arrival. It would have been fine as a cheap hotel for adults, but I wouldn't recommend it for young children. Shower did not work properly had to change rooms. Hotel has misleading rates with letsbookhotel.com. did not disclosed there was a resort fee, primary reason I chose this hotel. $10 per night resort fee, when this is not a resort type of hotel. The sink and toilet were clogged. The light switches was broken. Front desk staff was abrupt and rude. Free breakfast wasn't free and was inedible, tables were not cleared. The staff was slow coulnt fine my reservation she made us wait. -rooms not really clean -we didn't get the 2 rooms we choose on internet. 1. Gave us a room that was NOT clean, their was still trash from previous customers. 2. Communication problems. 3. Took a long while to check in. I was over charge on my second day which it was Sunday. Booking. Com listed 25.00 and at the end I was charge 40.00 Internet services weren't working but they charge you for the resort fee that includes internet! I was there 3 days never work!!!!. Customer service is really bad. Room was so hot. Staff was reallt really mean worst ever hotel I have ever been..I regret my stay. We spent an hr waiting to be checked in because only one front desk person was working on a Saturday night on a busy weekend, the air didn't work and the front desk people didn't offer to help, terrible place to stay I will never recommend this hotel. Staff was not efficient at all. Understaffed. Staff was unprofessional Room was outdated Carpet was dirty. Pool was closed for Health concerns??? Really disappointing overall. I would expect better from a motel 6. Rude front desk, long lines to check in. Unfriendly, dirty, cheap, staff was unmovitated to help with problems, short staffed, bugs in room. Photos on hotels website were stock...not from the hotel...so very misleading. Staff, rooms, service, pool, I could go on and pn. Everything. Staff does not know if they have a empty room. worst hotel ever. I was given a room that had no toilet seat, no towels, dirty blankets on floor and a broken air conditioner. Customer service was horrible.Worst hotel experience of my life!. Mold in bathroom. Not enough towels. Pool was closed due to Health Department regulations.
