Best bathroom, vanity area in any hotel I've ever been in. The bartop divider was really great. Really nice room! Great value for an amazing price. "One Six Sky Lounge" was beautiful.

The smell of cigarettes from the slots at the registration entry was like hitting a wall. There was only one lady smoking a cigarette and a man with a pipe. Maybe better air circulation is in order.

I felt like I was in a $100+ a night room and facility, for just a third of that... What was not to like?

I liked the 13th floor view. I liked the complimentary hand lotion. I liked the free parking and internet services. I liked the ease of coming and going from the parking lot to the hotel. I liked the room set-up. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the low cost and affordability.

Even though we had a non smoking room there was still a hint of smoke down the hallways and even in the room. Upon check in there was not enough clerks available, but it was manageable. I wished there was a coffee pot, but I knew not to expect one, so I was prepared.

Everything was fine until two to three hours after I ate dinner at the café. I had the C.F.S.. (Friday night). I've had dierra and stomach pains for three more days. I stayed in the room all day sat and did not go to the fights. The ride home to Palm Springs ( 4 hrs) was not fun!!!

Check-in lady! Room was supposed to be ready at a certain time. We were told to come back, room was still not ready. We sat for long time waiting for room, was told room needed carpet cleaning. I suggested another and won!!! Stayed a week.

The room was fabulous! Clean and comfortable and modern. The staff was so nice and friendly and really enjoyed the lounge and the sports book. Would definitely stay again. Great value and a fun place!

I booked 2 rooms at your quoted $52.46 per room before tax. Turned out that one room was charged at $58.76, another was $70.50 to my credit card, this is with tax. Hotel reception could not explain, simply told me to contact letsbookhotel.com for claim.

The key card seldom worked when swiping, sometimes three guests had to try before one was successful.

We loved the room, view, and security. We are retired Air Force and have traveled around the world. We have stayed at more expensive hotel and we would rate this room top shelve! We had a wonderful stay, thank you ... we would stay there again.

We did not like having to check in within the casino with the smoke and noise. They should have a separate lobby for the hotel.

Clean, beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious and adequately appointed with a mini-fridge. View from 7th floor was excellent. Room service and restaurant are excellent value for the money.

Our non-smoking room sometimes seemed to get a "whiff" of cigarette smoke. I don't know whether this was from the overall ventilation from other floors or whether someone was smoking. Neighbors kept us up all one night until we finally called security. Security took care of it immediately.

As we were traveling by car to various locations both on & off the strip, this was perfect for us & we got a great rate for 11 nights. It takes 20-30 minute drives to places in downtown. The room was excellent with a great view of the mountains through the floor to ceiling windows on the 13th floor. Although mentioned in many reviews, there were no cigarette smoke smell issues throughout the hotel.

No coffee maker in the room. We had some problems with the key cards.

The restroom should've had more safety/Bar holders for seniors in the shower and tub. Also the automatic dispenser soap and shampoo should be located further towards the back of the tub. Also the dispensers should be lowered/closer to the top of the tub so that if you're taking a bath you can reach them without having to stand up. The height of the tub is difficult for getting in and out because there are no holders to grab on.

The room was large, very clean. Lovely View! Furnishings looked rather new and smelled good not old or smokey.Very comfortable. The casino smelled of smoke as they all do but not that it was overpowering. Buffee was decent for the price. I would eat there again. Overall I would defiantely recommend it!!

They should have a starbucks or something like it that is open 24/7. I wanted some tea and couldn't find any. The new mexican restaurant is now a fast food one and didn't look inviting. The old one was definately better. This is a step down.

I liked everything about This hotel.. I play slots and there fairly loose... But mostly on Friday and Saturday Day... After that not much winning..

Sum of the front desk clerks are bias and racist against African Americans.... They were unprofessional and let their personal feelings about black people show!!! They had a very unwelcoming attitude towards us...

The beds were very soft and comfortable. The lady cleaning our room was a doll and found my shoes for me!

I am afraid you can not solve this problems. The walls are not sound proof and I could hear way too much noise from each side to want to return to your hotel.
