  This hotel was very convenient because it is next door to the Metro (Farragut West). It is also close enough to the National Mall to walk to the Museums. The staff was very helpful and stored my luggage for the last day so I could attend the Inauguration ceremonies.   Great experience start to finish. The online concierge was very responsive. Not only arranged for early check-in, texted to tell us the room was ready. Apartment was spotless. We are recommending Bridge - The one bedroom suite we had was well appointed, appealing and comfortable. The price was reasonable and the location was wonderfully close to the attractions we wanted to see. The rooftop courtyard was a nice bonus - we could see a number of recognizable memorials / attractions from it. The parking took a couple fo turns around the block before I identified it, but the parking staff were excellent. Also, the parking price was one of the best for the accomodations I considered.

The hotel had a great location, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, great value for money (compared to the other hotels we used on our 5 week holiday in the US) and the room was well set-out, clean and very comfortable.   Our experience exceeded our expectations. We thought all of your staff were very well trained to be friendly to guests. We were there for a marathon and didn't have dressy clothing and when we had friends join us in the bar area one evening, we were somewhat underdressed, but were never treated any differently than anyone else in the hotel.   The location was right where you would want to be to visit all of Washington DC's monuments/museums, etc. We were able to walk to everything between the Capitol and the Lincoln Monument. We had room 410 right outside the lift but with one exception it wasn't noisy.   It's about 3 blocks away from the Metro which made it very easy getting to all tourist attractions. It was great to have a kitchen with us. I didn't find a supermarket close by, by CVS next door had many choices for us to make sandwiches to bring with us to our tours. The front desk was very nice as well as the rest of the staff.
