  We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on. The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had. Those constructions did not affec - We had an amazing stay in nyc and it had a lot to do with our stay at The Standard. The staff was so service minded and helpful 24/7! I asked for a room on a high floor and we ended up with the most amazing view which made our trip unforgettable. Even though the lobby and restaurant was under construction the experience the hotel as a whole was very satisfying. It did not bother us at all.   From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was just perfect. We drove to nyc and we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room on the 11 th floor was perfect. Just enough room. Great design and spotless! I give this hotel an a+. The location is great, close to east village and soho! The location is great because the subway is just a block north of the hotel and it is in the heart of a revitalized district of of New York.   This was my second stay at The Bowery and I still love it. You really feel like you are in NY not the tourist version of NY that you see on TV (if that makes sense). The location of the hotel is perfect for my needs. If shopping is your thing, then you are within walking distance of Soho. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine.   The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent - I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City... what people say » .   Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great. Similarly, while I did not personally take advantage of it, I loved the idea of the $5 reimbursement if you did not utilize housekeeping se... what people say » rvice. Very smart. In my upcoming travel to nyc and other cities, I will now always try to stay at a Four Points Shertaon. - The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

  Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

  The room was clean and comfortable although the outlook from the window was onto an unspectacular building! However the room was quiet and relatively peaceful after the noise of New York city!
