The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

There is no better place to go to if you feel like having a blast while in South Beach, Miami. The staff is awesome and is available to answer any question you might have about fun activities in the area. For a hostel everything was very modern and the facilities were very clean. Staff were ok but couldn't really give us much information outside of the free airport shuttle they offer. Location is fantastic, heaps of restaurants around and the beach is only a 5 min walk. -

great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

Well, it´s south beach all is expensive but having the beach in front of the hotel with the best location at south beach is incredible.
Roomsm, bathrooms andtowells are very clean.
The bed is incredible so cool.
It´s a place very noisy but you go to Southbeach never for slepping :)
