    The room was in excellent condition. Perfectly cleaned smelling fresh and and luxuriously designed The view from the 37th floor was to die for especially at night. I could see the Empire State Building, Crysler Building and all the others that lit up the night sky. The other thing that I liked was that shops and banks were walking ddistance awa... what people say » y. Truly the city that never sleeps. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would reccomend it anytime. My visit to New York Citey will be - Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab--- very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

    Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. She did her best at getting the room ready and personally called us back at 1230 to let us know when it was. I felt like she was on the ball wa... what people say » tching for our room to be vacated then cleaned and called us the moment it was. By that time however I was already 30 minutes away by foot thoroughly - What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road! The room it self was so spacious, the bathroom was huge, it has a deep and wide bathtub, was great to relax in after walking for 10 hours around in NYC for 5 days. Beds we
