  I found the staff to be super helpful, friendly and patient. How refreshing! The free shuttle to the airport (where a metro stop is a short walk under a roof) ran frequently and was a real bonus! The hotel room was attractive and clean. Several good restaurants are practically in the hotel door, and there's lots of shopping in Crystal City -- ... what people say » plus its metro stop is only about four blocks away. - Within the past year, we have stayed at the Hilton Crystal City 8 times. It is in a very good location for driving and also easy to ride the Metro using the hotel's free van service, and there are many good resteraunts within walking distance.

  Comfortable hotel with an excellent location. Few steps from the main m street at Georgetown. All kind of shops and cafes around. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station Foggy Bottom. Roof bar is a sor - I was upgraded on arrival to a suite and a late check out the day I left. I had a very bad fall on my second day in Washington and the staff were excellent, helped me get cleaned up, find a clinic, and sent me fruit and a card to wish me a speedy recovery. I had room service a couple of nights and the food was amazing. The rooftop bar is lovely , very relaxing and staff very friendly.   I love this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect: right in Georgetown. You can walk to everything in that neighborhood. I stayed in one of the suites- it was very large. The furnishings were very well done. Bed was extremely comfortable.   We were stollen at Georgetown and the staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful. They have called the police, who came to the hotel and at the end of the day, when we arrived to the room, we had a very kind note offering a bottle of wine and some fruit. They made as feel as if we were at home in a difficult situation. Thanks a lot! These areas included an excellent restaurant and bar and a lovely reading room. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The spa was fabulous. Three of our party had a massage, and each of us was pleased with the experience. The room was quiet and nicely appointed, although not as luxurious as some other five star hotels we've stayed in.
