  Anna, the manager, is kind & goes the extra mile! She upgraded our room without charging. Prior to arriving & checking in our second time, the nice guy at the front desk put the air conditioner on in our room so that when we arrived the room was already cool & also had the TV on. Excellent location, close to the Park at 9th & Hope...great fo - Service is great. Staffs were so helpful. Good value.

  The bed was comfortable, the room was cute, the staff was very nice, the a/c (while loud) worked very well, the refrigerator (freezer needing to be defrosted) was very convenient and worked well, the shower had amazing pressure, and the tub surround was beautiful - I had planned on taking a bath but never got around to it. - Nice n cheap for what... what people say » was given.
