The apartment was very nice. It was appropriately size and there was a lot of room. It also came fully equipped. Check in was also very straight forward. The apartment is also located in a very nice area. It was a couple of blocks from time square where I spent most of my time. -

It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). The app was bit old and so is the building yet I could see the effort they put into making it a bit nicer. The kitchen is great and has everything you might need. I saved a lot money not eating outside. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom more than decent and the studio overal

The service is outstanding!
We checked in after long delays at the airport and lost baggages plus getting lost finding the hotel but it was all worth it. The front desk seeing our tired faces upgraded us free to a much bigger room and arranged a rollaway bed for our ten year old son immediately.
We didn't even have to call and notify that our aircon wasn't working, they knocked on our doors and replaced the unit right away.
The bed is really comfortable and everything is spick and span. Towel
