The staff was very personable, Fred was at the desk when I checked in
and was just wonderful, he remembered our email correspondence, and it
was like we already met. He gave me a map of the area and pointed out
different things to do and where they were, really helpful. It's

mention that hotel was clean. For the price at santa monica and very

The location cannot be beaten, it was a great way to round off our month
trip in the States. We had an oceanview room which I would recommend,
plus it has a kitchen (no toaster though would would have been nice).
There were plenty of places to eat either on the boardwalk itself or 2
blocks down to Main St where you can also get buses that connect you to
others to get you to the rest of la. Alyssa was really helpful and
responsive and allowed us to store our bags plus arranged a laundry card

Small and very cosy hotel, located at the walkway on the beach. The view
from the hotel is pretty nice too. The staff is very friendly and
helpful. I would go back there next time I am in Venice. You also get
half price breakfast on the terrace in front of the hotel where the view
is really nice! Thanks for your hospitality.
