I really loved the location being so close to the beach/pier and the
promenade. There are so many good places to eat nearby and fun things to
do. It was also great to have our own apartment type place with plenty
of room - a large living room area with a bed & futon and a separate
bedroom. Bob is also very helpful and nice. It felt a little sketchy at
first because it is not a typical "hotel" where you check in
at a front desk, however Bob was quick to text me with all the

We arrived very early in the morning and the staff made every effort to get our room ready as quickly as possible which was really appreciated after a long flight from Australia.

The location cannot be beaten, it was a great way to round off our month
trip in the States. We had an oceanview room which I would recommend,
plus it has a kitchen (no toaster though would would have been nice).
There were plenty of places to eat either on the boardwalk itself or 2
blocks down to Main St where you can also get buses that connect you to

Small and very cosy hotel, located at the walkway on the beach. The view
from the hotel is pretty nice too. The staff is very friendly and
helpful. I would go back there next time I am in Venice. You also get
half price breakfast on the terrace in front of the hotel where the view
