    We were treated incredibly well. We noted we were on our 40th Anniversary so were upgraded to the jacuzzi King room~so special. Upon returning to our room from an outing, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and congratulations card!     Extremely nice staff, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and cosy way. The historic feeling is great. Great location. For breakfast, you can get tea or coffee and delicious pastry. I also liked how they turned the "bad" stuff into something nice; instead of saying "we only have bathrooms in the corridor and not in the roo... what people say » ms" they say "You can borrow for free a nice bathrobe if you want!". - Jan (the owner) was very friendly and had a lot of suggestions for sights and activities during my short stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station as well as downtown Seattle/Pioneer Square. It is also on/near public transit lines. The hotel has an extremely rich and important history that Jan is always willing to talk about. If I ever make it to Seattle again, I will definitely stay here!

    We really enjoyed the feel of this hotel~it had a 1920's elegance. Down to the fine details of the room with an actual coffee press instead of the standard Mr. Coffee. It reminded us of the "Tower of Terror" ride in Disneyland!.... - the staff was amazing, night and day they were perfect

    Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure. The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing).     Genuine and friendly staff, wherever you go everyone is smiling & helpful and you feel they enjoy working there.     I loved everything about this place- felt like home. The room was huge, comfortable and clean, the building was charming, and dont get me started on how rad the bar/restaurant is. Ive read a few bad reviews of this place, and I can only assume they are written by people who live very privileged lives. Try finding another hotel in the area for under $100 a night. All essential amenities were fine--and clean. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. We'll be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

    Of the 4 hotels we stayed in on this 2week trip, Vintage Park was the best. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to assist with whatever we asked. The hotel was well appointed, clean and very comfortable-it felt "homey"! Glad our stay was only 2nights. Earlier in the trip we stayed at a Hyatt Regency in Va - Location was good for us. Came in by train and spent a night before an Alaskan cruise and returned for 3 more nights. In same block was a ywca with inexpensive breakfast/lunch and a deli/store across the street for snacks. Quiet and clean. Very helpful staff. Stored luggage because we arrived early in the day and our train out wasn't until late on the day we checked out. Could easily walk to Pike St. For market and shopping.

Good prices and one of the BEST spicy tuna rolls I've had for only $7/ea. I actually went back to the W for Happy Hour the next week when I stayed across the street. I am living in Seattle for 4 months for a bone marrow transplant and this was a special weekend adventure for me. After checking in, Erin at the front desk had a lovely cheese/fruit tray with gift cards delivered to the room. Above and beyond and was so very,much appreciated! :) I would highly recommend the W Seattle!
