The hotel was good in facility and even has a swimming pool, although I didn't use. The mountain view room has just a few blocks in the view and was good to me. The room was pretty large for one person, clean and with all necessary items except you have to bring your own tooth brush and paste.

The beautiful ocean view from our room was truly spectacular. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. The shopping mall was wonderful and had everything one could ask for in a mall shopping experience. The staff at LSI was very friendly and accomodating. I would definately book a stay with them again. -

Our hotel room is excellent with great views. Also the lobby isbeautiful and huge with lots of couches and we like the rumours club,being close to the huge mall. Also I love the patio and the little shopsinside the hotel. It was perfect. - The location was Awesome and the hotel was really nice.

The place is great. I stayed there for one week, and totally enjoyed my time there. What I liked the most was the staff, they really make you feel being welcome. And they are helpful. In my opinion, the best way to judge the quality of someone’s service is when something goes wrong. Well, when I had reason to complain, the issue was handled fast and professionally. Just perfect. Location great, and the restaurants and shops on the ground floor were a plus - the Creme Pot is charming and convenient for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly, went out of their way to be accommodating. Great view of the city from upper floors. -
