The staff was incredibly friendly and even helpful with the baby we had with us. Parking was free! The beds were amazingly comfortable. And the room was very well appointed. - This is a fanatastic place to stay! It's very near my daughter, which is why I chose to stay there. The hotel is very conveniently located to Brooklyn's ammenities. Very much enjoyed the continental breakfast with coffee a few steps away for those of us who need some kick before getting ready for the day. The room was very clean. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Great value for money as it is very near Manhattan city. The location is really convenient, just steps from the subway and many places to eat even late at night.
The staff (esp Jose) were really helpful, upon request and room availability, they helped us moved to a higher floor with great view of Manhattan city with no hassle and all with smiles.
Breakfast was great, warm waffles and eggs, bacon and sausages, even though they were the same each day, there was variety to choose from like cereal

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When I asked if they had a rollaway they ended up offering a completely different room with two beds. Awesome. At first getting there I was thinking it was abit far from downtown. But once you walk around the neighbourhood you realize EVERYTHING is at your disposal.. A friend and I (30s females) travel to NYC all the time.. This is the first time in do or die bed stuy! And it was fun!! Liquor store on the corner.. Shops up the street(fulton) club close by (Ice lounge) restaurants galore.. Will definetly stay again!!
