Suitable for city trip.
Staff was great. Our room smelled like someone smoked, this was handled well by staff, we were given another room next day. Best were Dan and Henry (I hope I'm right about the name). Dan is the soul of the hotel, friendly and helpful. Don't know about remaining staff.

It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration.

door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes
and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The
room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire
building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed.
