  First of all Carmel is a great place that we loved! :) The Inn is close to Ocean Ave. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and brekfast area designed for the guest to feel like home. The people of Hofsas House were warm and welcoming. I would absolutely stay there again.

  We were in Carmel for a wedding and the staff was very accommodating to our hectic schedule. My wife was called upon last minute to go help her sister the bride and we had our breakfast delivered to the room promptly upon request. I requested a special set up in our room before we returned from dinner one evening and Seth knocked it outta the park! Every detail of my request was perfect. The staff did everything to make you feel welcome. When we checked out I left my charger in the room and they called me to let me know they had it. I found that it is pet freindly and the breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was a nice touch. I loved this place and will stay here again when we visit Carmel again.

  It was quiet and peaceful and we would go back in a heartbeat! I am telling all our friends they have to go there when they get a chance. Carmel by the Sea is now my favorite place to visit in the USA. Breakfast was also very nice and fresh daily. Also, the coffee was great! The hotel was centrally located within Carmel, and it was very easy to walk to the beach and the shops/restaurants in town. A charming experience.
