  Room was very clean and spacious. Location was also excellent as well as the complimentary shuttles to Disneyworld and Universal Orlando. Guest service and front desks did help us whenever we needed something, now matter how big or small. Guest laundry a big bonus! - Everiyhing was excellent

  the friendly staff mainly the front desk clerk(Daniel) he made sure we were o.k. with the room as well as the best dining. He was right on top of everything, not only that we were comfortable with the hotel stay. Let me tell you about the 9" inch thick mattresses, wow comfortable. No dirt anywhere. Loved the effeciencies available in the room ... what people say » KING BEDS WOW!!!!!! - This was a great hotel for the money that we will actually be staying at again in a few days at the end of our trip. Good breakfast, the pool and lobby were great, staff was helpful. Room was clean if a little shabby. Cost was reasonable for what we received. Close to Sea World, convention center, and not far from Disney.
