First experience of a hostel and it was excellent. area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good
local map to all hostelers), general cleanliness, and

The room was spacious. The staff graciously moved us to another floor when ours became noisy because of high schoolers that were there for some music competition. The breakfast bar was wonderful. Lots of good food, hot and cold and plenty of seating.We also liked seeing the skyline from out 12th floor window.

Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. exceeded my expectations! So friendly and helpful, they really made
us feel like they were to make our stay as pleasant as possible...a

The hotel is a little gem. It was very clean, nicely decorated, very friendly helpful staff, great location with a lot nearby especially restaurants. The beds and bedding were really comfortable, loved the soft ribbed blankets and we didn't hear people talking through the walls. The Chicago magazine was really helpful and Pizza Ora was a great find.

Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
