  The staff was great and the place was clean. I stayed at Friend Street for the Boston Marathon. The staff went out of its way to make me and my fellow runners welcome. Everything was really clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of power outlets for charging phones and computers.

  The locality to the city of Boston was nice, it is a walkable city. The staff was fantastic. We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

Unique location (Historical building) It would be very helpful if the staff provided a map of the area, some local restaurants, and places like convenience stores and drugstores near by. Since the place is really designed for long-term stay, these sorts of things are important.
