We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking.   The hotel is in a perfect location, in the downtown area with links to the subway. It was very clean and comfortable - not the poshest place but perfect for our needs. We loved the free wireless connection, which worked no problem, and free access to filtered water (no mini-bar, so no extra costs, too!). The staff was very helpful and friendly.
