We loved everything. We have stayed at several large and boutique hotels on the Gold Coast and the Peninsula is probably the best across the board. I have a difficult last name, but all of the staff immediately remembered it and also pronounced it correctly. -

Hotel is outstanding, service is top notch, attention to detail great, our room and view was really perfect. Looked straight out at the Watertower and lake, gorgeous. Housekeeping was awesome, room was spotless and they always managed to appear and take care of everything while we were out of the room, great timing. Hotel is really clean and comfy.
Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.
The room was spacious and covered us all 5 adults and a kid.
In house coffee bar was great they had nesperesso machines and the capsules were provided everyday.
Hotel staff were helpful in finding us taxis
while we wait in the lobby and it was really quick.
Once we arrived they gave our kid a gift

Beautiful hotel. Everything is professional, clean and well organized with efficient and friendly staff. The room is truly luxurious with a great bed. The washroom is beautiful, the separate bath and shower are super nice. Also the gym facilities are top-notch. Definitely recommended.
