I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. -

The hotel was really modern and nice. The room was really roomy and
comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. This is an
upscale hotel. (For New Orleans that is) We came to New Orleans to party
and party is what we did. This Hotel is far enough away from the hustle
and bustle of the French Quarter, but the Trolley System makes it r... what people say » eally

The location was great,as I was attending the WW II conference at the museum and the Hyatt R. hotel. The staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. The meals I had at the restaurant were tasty
and reasonably priced. However the add on taxes, etc. were a little high.
Getting the room thru letsbookhotel.com was a great saving. The price was right...

Museum, buses, streetcar stations. We walked to French Quarter and it
was a nice 10 ~ 15 min walk. Our room had a king bed, sofa and desk
area, kitchen area w/small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a
sink. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and spacious. Our room

Hotel is really updated!! Our room was really nice, plenty of room, very comfortable, enjoyed the stay. The one thing i will say i really like was the TV. If you was in bed you can turn the tv towards the bed, if you was on the couch you can turn the tv towards the couch. I love It!!

I liked that the rooms were spacious and more like a small apartment. I
liked the made to order omelets and breakfast buffet and the early
evening drinks. Hurricanes are now a favorite. The staff was very
helpful and friendly. If you do not want to go looking for a

all of the staff were orrrrr-sum. specifically breakfast staff, restaurant, bell-boy (or is that man), house cleaners, and everybody we passed. free breakfast was awesome. rooms very clean and tidy, spacious, and good value. will definitely return again sometime

The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! Some of the best eateries in New Orleans where with in a easy 5 minute walk! The hotel is clean, looks beautiful, clean, and most of the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Speaking of staff, if a man name... what people say » d Kevin is working there get to know him, he was helpful and friendly. We have decided we will stay here again on our next trip! -
Night clerk (Eustice) was one of the most friendly & helpful clerks
that I have ever seen at any hotel. He always called us by name. He
always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even
offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Duane and Jayne were great. The room was big and there was a tub in the bathroom. The room was the right temperature. The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park. I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and

This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it
