  The hotel is still going through some renovations, but the room was excellent, comfy and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The location is only 1/2 a block from Powell and the cable car line. I would definately stay here again. - The proximity to shopping, restaurants, transportation and thefriendliness of the staff.

  I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. My work takes me to many destinations and i have stayed at many different types of hotels but never have i received the type of great service as I did at this... what people say » hotel. They took care of everything without question. I will definetly stay at this hotel again. - Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!

  The front staff are excellent. The location for everything can not be beat. The room was big and I like that there is a dresser to unpack my clothes and hangers to hang stuff up. As well, Dottie's, which is a fantastic place for breakfast, is right next door. - They have done a great job restoring the building. The showers and restrooms were always clean. The washers and dryers were brand new and worked very well. The staff here are cool. Great place to stay. The area doesn't bother me, but I was born and raised in San Francisco. Most of the freaky people are on the other side of Mission Street.

  This was THE most amazing customer service we have ever experienced . The staff can not do enough to help . Ken , Ann & Omar were amazing . We got upgraded to a suite on arrival and they really have thought of everything. The one night we couldn't make the get together we were offered a bottle in - What a wonderful welcome we received here - a breath of fresh air after the feeling of being on a cash conveyor belt in Las Vegas. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. So friendly and Wayne is incredibly knowledgable about where to go etc in and around the city. Wine & cheese each evening was a delightful social event which gave us the chance to chat with fellow guests. The location was brilliant too.
