  We had a terrible stay at a NYC hotel previous to this hotel so we walked away from our booking & found this place. It was brand new & their service levels were incredible! Great, comfy little rooms, free wifi, a guest lobby area on 27th floor that overlooks Chrysler building & other skyscrapers, computers to access & complimentary... what people say » snacks! Location is excellent, walking distance to Times Sq, Rockefellar building & quick food options for breakfast like Pret. Overall we loved - The location is great. It is a new hotel still under construction but it is almost done. It is very good to have complimentary drinks and snacks during de day on 27th floor with a couple of computers and printer to acces . You can refill your water bottle with fresh cold water just outside your bedroom door. The bathroom is very well lit which is quite unusual in hotels and room nicely decorated. You can also open the window.

  The hotel was very cool and trendy, exactly what we were looking for in a boutique experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The lobby bar at night was definitely the place to be, lots of young people and great music, the bartenders were fun and not overwhelmed at all by the amount of people there. It was very quiet and peaceful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and h - The hotel was well designed and very cool. The staff were lovely and very willing to help. When we did have a problem it was fixed quickly. The room was excellent and very clean. The hotel was always buzzing and had a great atmosphere. The hotel location was excellent, not far from Time Square, Penn Station round the corner from the Empire State Building and only a couple of blocks from the subway to get to the rest of New York.

  The staff was so welcoming and friendly! At one point, i dropped a Tiffany and Co braclet down the drain! They retreived it in seconds to my surprise! The staff was also helpful with directions.   The room was a good size for NYC. Hotel was a block from Grand Central Terminal, super for subway and subway shuttle to Times Square! The restautant on site was nice, good food, out door seating. Because it was on 44th, and blocked by the terminal, the street was REALLY quiet. Toiletries and hair dryer and iron all good, no need to pack yours! -... what people say » I liked the fact that the room and bathroom were very clean and well kept. For New York City the size and price of the hotel room were also exceptional, especially when looking at some of the other hotels in the area. All of the staff, including the restaurant, were helpful and friendly and eager to serve. Everything is in walking distance.
