  Our family enjoyed our stay at La Belle Maison immensely and will stay there again. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughter, so we chose a studio style suite which had a separate, private, bedroom and a sofa that turned into a bed. The curtains are full black-out curtains, so if you want to sleep late - no problem. O - We had a very spacious one bedroom apartment and it was fabulous! We were able to enjoy coffee and libations in our room if we wanted to. The facility was very clean and decor was very nice. The staff, especially in the valet area, were very helpful. We made it clear up front that we were not interested in the time share options and so were not bothered with any pressure. We enjoyed the whirlpools.   We stayed in the Queen Anne House, which was one of several buildings in the hotel. It was a beautiful old house of about 7-9 rooms and was wonderful.. The room and bathroom were very large and clean. It was quiet and beautifully decorated with a 4-poster bed, couch, desk and a small balcony.(not sure if all rooms have balconies). We didn't have a car - This is a converted older home in the Garden District, close to the street car line, and has a quiet charm. The rooms are small but adequate and well furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. We have stayed here twice and will again.
