I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

Staff was very accomodating. We were allowed to check in early, and were treated very respectfully. The room was spacious, clean and a great value compared to downtown hotels charinging beyond premium pricing for very small rooms. Kitchen was a huge plus. Location to downtown and Seattle in general was great.

Our room was extremely comfortable, with a king size bed that had beautiful linen and comfy pillows. The bathroom was a great size. One very favourite thing for us was the hot drink maker. As we don't drink coffee, we can't normally make a cup of tea without the coffee flavour being in the water, but at Hampton they have disposable cups that take the heated water and then you add coffee or tea. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. The staff was wonderful on arrival we were there a few hours early and
thy held our bags while we went shopping down in pikes market place.
When we went back they had our bags in our room and has music playing
from the Bose radio, they had hand written thank you notes and fresh
cookies in the room. The lobby was cute and always had a fire going
making it seem very cozy and homey. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
