Everything was wonderful, we arrived to find we did not have our tickets
to our convention and the concierge made us his number 1 priority to try
to get them. The lobby woman waited for our Thai food, paid for it for
us, tipped the delivery man and had it sent up to our room while we
picked up our tickets. -

The Kendall has a welcoming and helpful staff. They loaned us an
umbrella when it was raining/sleeting which we truly appreciated.
Our room was handicap accessible and the bathroom/room were very
clean and spacious. This hotel has a cozy, warm, Americana style decor
with some very nice pieces of furniture and decorations that add to the
charm. Breakfast was hearty and very good. We stayed two nights
separated by a couple of days and had a lovely welcome back basket of

Good location, excellent concierge staff, didn't go to the
pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we
have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3
hotel rooms which we had originally booked.

I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!
