  We switched to this hotel after reading some horrific reviews of our original choice. I am so glad we did. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They ordered us all the taxis we needed and gave us good advice on times/prices etc. A late 6pm check out was at a cost, but we were allowed an extension until 2pm for free! so worth asking ... what people say » if you have a late flight home. Bedrooms and public rooms were very clean. The location was excellent, a ten minute walk to the Main Hollywood sights - Staff were excellent! ALWAYS friendly and helpful and made myself and my daughter feel very welcome! Beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in during our travels!!!!! Proximity to Hollywood Blvd and Metro. - Beds and pillows were super comfy, nice bathroom, microwave and coffee maker in room, pantry on site to buy goodies, nice heated pool and spa, excellent location and very clean. Team members very friendly and good restaurant.

  We spent 1 night during our honeymoon at the Redbury. It's a pretty large and very trendy hotel at a great location by the Walk of Fame. Easy access to restaurants, bars and museums. There's also a large outside bar in the hotel which seems to be a popular spot (that also means a lot of noise at night but we were prepared for that).   Great deal on booking made the stay justifiable:) traveling through, long distance, high stress... We were extremely well taken care of, particularly by Christian at the check in desk. He even remembered my name 2 days later when I came back to pick up luggage they let us store there... I've stayed at this location before and will definitely stay there again. super comfor - Room was well appointed, large and modern. Large bathroom with many towels and great housekeeping department that kept the complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream in abundance. Very helpful and efficient staff when needed - from reception to the concierge service, everyone was pleasant, friendly and made an effort. Made the stay highly enjoyable. Free Acura town car for up to 5 miles. The hotel was great, especially for young people, and I would stay at the W Hollywood again.

  How could we not love our spectacular suite! Although our luxury King room on the 19th floor with views over the Hollywood hills was lovely and we would stay in this room type again, we upgraded to the breathtaking 2100 sq foot "panorama suite" on the 20th floor with a 270 degree panoramic view of the entire city and the beautiful Hollywood Hills.... what people say » The staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out and all encounters in between. Manager Steven was the crowning jewel amongst the staff - 1. We initially booked the deluxe double room however it was quite cramp and small. The next day we upgraded to a Junior suite which had a king size bed and a sofa bed (queen size probably?) which was very spacious. 2. Located in the heart of Hollywood. Connected to Hollywood/Highland Centre (one of the best spots to view the Hollywood sign) and right next to the Hollywood/Highland Red Line metro station. One metro stop from Universal City and a very short walk to the star walk, TCL theatre etc

  Good location on Hollywood Boulevard with a metro station right on the corner and a Supermarket and great little Thai Noodle restaurant across the street made this an ideal spot for our few days in LA. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable and there was plenty of parking for the car. Very happy with our stay. - Great location-right... what people say » beside the metro station. Good area, not scary at night, free parking and free wifi that actually works in the rooms unlike a lot of other places that I have stayed.
