  Staff was very rofessional/ polite. Beds VERY comfortable - slept great! Was quite pleased with the breakfast - much more than expected.   Space is in a seriously renovated part of the town (used to be mostly abandoned warehouses 10 years ago) and there are a ton of great places to eat nearby (Bachelor Farmer for the win) - Size of the room, built in kitchen, comfort level of room, nice little exercise room, wonderful staff.
