My sister and I traveled to NYC for an event at NYU. I loved the location being at Washington Square. We walked to dinner each night at small ethnic restaurants. The free breakfast was a great addition- coffee was very good. Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating. The Jade is in an excellent location (right smack dab in the middle of Greenwich Village) and is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly, prompt in service and accomodating. The location is great because the subway is just a block north of the hotel and it is in the heart of a revitalized district of of New York. The room I stayed in was both functional and just the right size for a solo traveller or a couple.

The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). Iove how close hotel is to my daughters apt and many great restaurants. I loved the view out my window of buildings and empire state bldg. I just love the Bowery. This is our place from now on!!! Will bring my husband in Oct. love your employees. Very genuine. Fun to see a celebrity now and then but most of all how they can be just people like the rest of us while relaxing and not having attention brought to them.

A very nice hotel, extremly nice staff (among the best I met). A calm and attractive place to stay and rest after a hot New York/ Manhattan day. Nice bar and a very good restaurant in house. Always fresh water and some nice snacks every night in the room. Stayed 8 nights and will gladly come back. A summer stay when the out door terrrace is open.
