I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013.
I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. The rooms are extremely good in terms of maintenance and all the facilities that you would expect of Hyatt.

We were so impressed! Stayed 5 nights with 2 other families. Wecouldn't get over the size of the room or how well stocked the kitchenwas - full size appliances, too!
