  The studio was fantastic, with a kitchen full with pans, pots and utensils, and there is a fridge and electric stove. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. I was not approached by any sales person, something other reviewers mentioned.The location was great, in the heart of downtown SD.   It is only six blocks to the bay and all the tourist activities there, six blocks to Little Italy, two blocks to beautiful Balboa Park, and a couple of miles from San Diego Airport.   The entire place was spanish tile and it was so relaxing. We were fortunate to meet the General Manager on our last day and he was kind enought o give us the history of the hotel. We will definately return! - The location is wonderful, close to many good restaurants and shops, and the Del Coronado. Charming old hotel, friendly and helpful staff... what people say » .
