The location was excellent, easily walkable to loads of super places around Boston. Didn't have a car so couldn't comment on the parking, but would book if possible as there was very little space nearby. Was greeted warmly by the friendly staff.

It was great value for the money. We had a room on the top floor with a huge balcony looking out over the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a private bath. There was a microwave and cupboards with dishes. Very convenient. The guest house itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car right behind the guest house in the public alleyway. It is also near to a subway stop.

Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. I love the location and the ambiance, the house reminds me of home because I used to live in this neighborhood when I lived in Brookline in the 60's and 70's so it was like going home. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and the bed's are comfortable with lovely feather pillows. -

Such a beautiful and well-preserved historic beauty, inside and out! The staff was so gracious, friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were homecooked and delicious; there were snacks available all day long. Owner had given much thought to little details that made my stay so pleasant. I could walk around a beautiful old neighborhood and one block to the "T" and feel safe and peaceful. I definitely will stay there again.
