The staff was helpful and responsive and the manager/owner(?) is a stand up guy who definitely goes above and beyond. The location is perfect for hanging out in the French Quarter. It's really cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, plus no bedbugs! If I was back in NOLA on my own again, I'd definitely stay here.

I would absolutely stay there again if the price is not too high and if I could get the same room with a view on the Mississipi and not too much noise ... I understand that the hotel is haunted but I did not see or hear any ghost in my room ... -

Everything..We checked in and was told only a double-double was available when I had prior requested a king. We were there to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and Drew who checked us in got very busy searching for other accomodations for us. We ended up in the tower suite with a murphy bed. I had heard those could be uncomfortable,but let me tell you the one in the Marriott, was more comfortable than most king size beds we have stayed in at other hotels. Definitely recommend this hote

I liked the fact that the hotel was very well maintained and quiet although it was located very close to the busy section of the French Quarter, which I also liked. I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!!
