  Location was outstanding. Central positioning in Midtown, v close to Empire State & Times Square. Every request from the hotel was met - extra bedding delivered immediately. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfasts v good. Some people have complained about the fact that only 2 elevators served (I think) up to 12 floors. Yes there were the ... what people say » occasional queues, but we were on 6th, so could always use the stairs. Lacked a view, but no big deal. Would highly recommend for great value and loc - The location is terrific. It is in the middle of manhattan and next to important subway stations. Extremely convenient transportation. The next door is 5th avenue and macy'S. Also it is near korean town and cafes and bars so that both western and eastern style food is easy to get. The room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed. And the most important, staffs are very nice! Especially Mathew!

  Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration. The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit. The location is the best, just in the middle of everything, around corner is the subway station,... what people say » Macy's, Starbucks, HyM, the Empire State, and a few minutes walking is Times Square ... The staff at the check in and the bell boy were very friendly - For a one night stay for business, this was the perfect choice. Room was in brand new condition; extremely clean and comfortable. Easy walk from Penn Station and then to work on Park Avenue. Felt very safe and found plenty of close by places to eat great food. Also, friends of Bill W only 3 blocks away.

  This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for? This was a city break ... what people say » therefore the room was for changing, sleeping and showering. Excellent, definitely what recommend this hotel and will definitely return! - The location, staff, and cleanliness of the room. Excellent all around! The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice! The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
